What is the difference between adjusting motion sensitivity when setting a camera vs adjusting % of videos when setting up a rule for same camera?

If you adjust the sense level from the SETTINGS of the camera ( Motion detection ) that is for testing purposes ONLY ( no record, only led flashes)

 

You need to adjust the SENSE Level in the actual rule for motion activated to trigger a recording of video
