Motion detected but no one on any videos recorded

the cameras are working and I get the alerts but never anyone on the recordings

camera pointed at front door people come to the door but it never shows them on the recordings

whats wrong?

Is it possible you have the filter turned on in the library?  The funnel-looking icon at the top should be empty, not green.  If it's green, click on it and choose to reset the filter.  Save.  ANy luck?  Also, try turning on email notifications in your modes/rules so a link is sent for you to view the recording.  Are you able to view then?  Does the library show anything?

the funnel is empty there are videos of my back yard the wind blowing etc the video is working but won't actually video anyone

the electrician came to my back door let himself in I didn't even get an alert😳

I turned ARLO off and on again it's working but won't capture people 

I would have to say the pictures in the library are very clear but no humans at all its weird

this system is great but not cheap just need it to record people coming to my house or around it 😡😁

Post screenshots of the camera view.  Perhaps repositioning them would help but we need to know where they are now.
