Hi,

Am loving my Arlo but seek some advice.  I have scheduled Motion Off for when the normal periods when I'm at home, using the Schedule in the Mode Tab.   Everything seems to be programmed right but I'm still getting notifications (on my ipad screen) constantly as I move around the unit.   This suggests that motion is being detected and, thus, I'm being notified.

Any advice as to how to ensure I'm not being bombarded by the notifications when motion is off?   Thanks!

Steve

verify your motion off is correct...

when your getting motion detect notices, go and look at the camera to make sure the "running man ' is gray..if the man is green, then the settings/rule for the camera is wrong.

For iOS Arlo App 1.8.1..Tap on "Settings--Modes--All motion off".. It should say "There are no active rules for this mode" meaning the default is "Off".. if you do see any "Active Rules", then you just need to turn it off... just Tap "Edit" on top right corner of the screen and you should see all your camera's settings.. All should be grayed out meaning they're off.. if not, then just tap once to turn it off... and don't forget to save by tapping "Done" on top right corner of the screen..That should do it..
