When the motion sensor is "armed", does sitting idle use battery power? Thanks.

Hi dhcl604,
The motion detector circuit uses an incredibly small amount of power almost insignificant. It is therefore active all the time. When motion detection is disarmed, a camera will not wake up and stream video when motion is detected, and this saves a LOT of power (not waking up the camera or streaming video).
Thank you,
Brian
