Hi,

 

I have my system set up to email me at a first email account and a friend at a second email account.  The motion detection notifications come to my first email account fine, but not the second email account.  Any ideas?

 

My friend's email account was confirmed (she accepted the setup link and can see images).  She has access to every camera.  And I entered her email address to be notified on motion detected by each camera.  Yet, only I get the motion notifications.  Thoughts?

Go back to the rule and check to verify the email has a green check mark after it , so it is on.. save on exit

Did as you suggested, and yes, it was checked.  Still no luck.  I wonder if you have to buy a subscription level up to get the messaging to work to others???

no need to buy a subscription. I haven't and both Me and my Wife get email notifications...

 

You have to change every rule though in the settings menu and add their email address that they have signed up with.

 

If you are after push notifications you need to check if they are on for the arlo app in the settings on the phone.
