When i attempted to open the app on my phone i was greeted with a message that i was automatically logged out because i was logged in with another device.
I have not loģged into another device and no one else has access to my credentials.
So, has anyone expereinced this message/issue?
Theres only about 3 possibilities for this message 1. My device or pc is infected and someone has used my ccredentials. -im 150% sure thats not the case
2. Theres a known issue/glitch with the arlo app that causes it to log out users and have them re-logon
3. Cant really think of another reason why this would occur as my logging in locations and activity is minimal.
DOES ARLO OFFER a place for users to see what IP Address or MAC address was used at the point the user logged in the app or website. ??? That would help me narrow my concern.
Thanks

Arlo for the end user doesn't, but I wouldn't be surprized if the netgear techs could tell you...
try calling or putting in a trouble ticket

I noticed the same take place today in the iPhone app. I believe though, it could be because my phone was on wifi when I originally logged in but when I checked later the phone was on LTE. To the Netgear servers, this would look like two different IP addresses and maybe make them believe it was two devices accessing the account.
