I have a wire free arlo smart camera system. My IPad allows me to log in automatically when I open the APP, but if I use my Samsung Smart Phone APP I have to log in each time! Any ideas please

I have now managed to check the `remember me' box and the automatic log in now seems to be working OK on my Samsung Smart Phone! Good News!

Is the "Remember me" checkbox selected on the Android app? If os, try reinstalling the app - maybe it's confused.

I have 2 samsumg s5 and tablet running android. all the same thing. have to log in everytime. I tried dealing with arlo support but they cancel my request because I had not responded in 3 days.....which i did....pointless
