Is there a better way to mass delete my library other than day by day?

It helps if you list the app ( ios or android ), but basicly it's a by the DAY delete
You do know that they will auto - delete after your # of days of service passes ( free = 7, then 30 , then 60 ) and you can also filter ( pick just one camera or two to edit )?

Using Apple IOS. I have the one-year 10GB plan. I get a lot of video clips on the outside cameras when its windy as well as a lot of clips when the kids pass one of the cameras. Its my understanding that when the 10GB limit is reached, the recordings stop until deletions are made. Correct?

Not really correct...
Tho Netgear did put a numerical limit on the max allowable data stored, at this time it is no longer enforced. The limiting factor now is just the number of storage days. In your case like mine its 30 days... on day 31, day # 1 is gone.
If they ever did decide to use the limits, they prob would have to bring back an option that was in the past software... toggle for auto deleting oldest when 80% capacity hit
Think it will stay as is, storage is cheap.
