Hi there,

 

Our 4 cameras stopped working last night, April 6, 2016. But our wi-fi is on and working. The Arlo netgear dock seems to be on and working as well - all the lights are lit up.  I have unplugged all devices to reset them and no luck.  The app shows the cameras as "getting status".

 

Anyone else having issues?

have you tried a browser instead of an app ?  ( or a differnet browser )

I keep getting service unavailable for the past week. That is why i got only one camera, to test. Unacceptable service so far.

Do you see this error message on both mobile app and web client? Have you always had this error message or did it just start recently?

Hi,

 

Never had this before. It started about a week ago. I get it both on mobile app and web browser but on the web browser after a few reloads it appears to solve itself.

Same here, says the device is not connected to the internet but I have internet connection where the camera is.

Have two base stations 1 on fibre and 1 on ADSL. 2 different ISPs. Both down very often. Lots of "offline" messages. Spent over 1000 Euro on useless toys!!!

When down, what do the LEDs on the base show?

All green. I get b/w pictures in the app and in the browser with the text that it is offline..??
