Images for one of five camera not going into library

I just added the 5th camera yesterday.  All five cameras working and capturing images.  One of the original four cameras no longer storing images in the library.  I've double checked all the settings on all five cameras and they are identical.  All batteries with max power.  All motion detection turned on.  Why would one of the originals stop storing clips in the library?

Go to settings, pick camera, remove the camera completely by using REMOVE DEVICE

Bring that camera back as if new.

As to why it happened, sorry, no clue... does it manually record to library?
