I have one outside camera that is hard to connect - now if is offline - please advise what I should do - I asked this question last week with no response -- I have called Arlo with no call back yet -- this is my front outside camera which kept alerting me two weeks ago could not connect - now not connecting at all

If the camera is having problems connecting originally to the base, range may be the problem ( or interference ).
Since you say the camera is offline now, I would guess that the batteries are prob dead or close to it ( cameras drain battery if connection is lost to base or range is excessive faster )
So, my advice is to get the cameras, and bring them in near the base, install new batteries and re-sync base.... Once verified that the cameras are up and running well, reinstall them at the locations, BUT watch the signal strength meter for the connection. If the signal is in the 1/3 range then you will have to consider adding a second base to extend your range or relocate the current base to a more central location

Could be a bad camera but unless you try the things Tom suggests, you're guessing. Support will have you try the same things if trying to get an RMA for a bad camera.
