I have granted access to another user but when one is logged on the other is bumped

When one user is logged on the next user that logs on bumps the first user.  Can 2 users be logged on at the same time?

If a MAIN user is online, a new user ( same sign-in) will bump them off... the works around is to add the second/third person as a " friend" with access and then the bump off problem goes away.

Login to the arlo system using the main email.
Go to settings > Grant access> Add
Enter first and last name, email address
Click cameras that you want that person to have access
You can highlight Allow Access Rights if you want this person to have admin rights.
Send Invite.

Have your friend access his/her personal email.
Look for email from Arlo.
Select Create an account
