I have changed my password, now Arlo states my email address is invalid, even though they used it ?

Every time I try to log on to my Arlo I get the same message My email address is not recognised as valid. I then request to change my password, using the email address and get the request sent to my email ?? I reset the password and get a confirmation email. I go to log on and email address not recognised ??? I am at the point of smashing something now Please Anybody !!!

When was the last time you were able to access your account using that email address?

I am having the very same issue! Ready to return it and get a refund. Frustrating.
