My Arlo system was Working GREAT..  now I can only record up to 10 seconds... my 2 camera's never had problems before.. teh Batteries are at full charge and I am using best quality video position.. I only wish to record 60 seconds at most. I have done the re-boot and hard re-boot.. Also, I did not see a firm ware up-date or up-grade... how and when does this happen.. ? ID is automatic or do I need to do it maually ??

Thank You / Raphael Slagg

Slagg,

Check your rules for each camera to increase recording length. Log in to your Arlo account, navigate to Mode > Select your base station > click the pencil icon next to the mode you want to change (Armed, etc.) > Click edit next to the rule you want to change > click the pencil icon next to Record Video. You can then move the slider to record video for up to 120 seconds. Be sure you click Save to commit the changes.

Firmware updates are automatic, there is nothing you would need to do on your end for a firmware upgrade to take place.

I ended up using the App to make the changes I did not see the Save on any of my web browsers on the PC.

The browser interface has an issue right now.  Once you change the setting, you used to be able to use a Back link at the top left to go back one level where Save is located.  Right now you have to click on the Edit Rule selection to get to be able to save.  It's the same thing, just different as to how to get there.
