when I delete pictures they go to a recylce bin and can be restored. When I delete objects I want them permanently deleted. How do I do that?

At this point and time , you can't.
They delete into the recycle bin, and then they sit there for ( supposed to be ) 7 days till auto-deleted.
( lately house keeping has been a bit slow and I see a few there that go back a while for me )
