HD security app can't find wifi signal

FApp says not connected to wifi.  Everything else works so has to be connected. This occurs with Samsung phone and tablet.  Arlo sends emails notifyi g of motion  so is working.  Do phone and tablet need different settings?  All was ok untinlabout 2 days ago.

Where are you seeing this error message?

 

Are you able to log in to your account from the app or are you seeing an error before you log in?

 

What device model/OS version are you using?
