Green Motion Icon Grey

Ive read every post, all my settings are correct.

One of my two cameras motion icon is still grey. If one camera starts recording on motion the other camera will also record. But the one on grey will not start on its own

What is the issue here? All check marks are checked in settings. 

Not a great product so far. Waste of 450 dollars

If the 'running man' is GRAY, then the MODE for that action is not set up right.

The camera line end will have a green check mark showing active for motion ( in mode edit ) check these and make sure all are on in ALL MOTION ON, then save on exit.

Turn mode ALL ON on and then verify on the cam live view screen to see color of running man ( green is on, gray is off )
