Files show up in the camera screen but not in the library screen

While on the camera page the green box in the upper left corner shows I have two files in the library.  However when I go the the library screen there are no videos there.  I tried going backwards by tabing the previous month to see if there were any videos I have not deleted but can't go back.  Is there any other places I should look for the two video files showing up on my camera screen?

Try clicking on the green box.

If there's truly nothing to be seen after all attempts, try going into settings, account settings, subscription.  Click on the delete all files button and see if that clears it.  If not, create a trouble ticket.

When I first set up my system, the default was to only record Monday to Friday during someome's idea of regular working hours, which is when is when I was setting, so nothing recorded in the library.  So I changed it to record all the time.

Now my wife is annoyed that it records her every time she goes out the front door, so I am looking to change the settigns, but can't find where I changed it!

You would use a mode (in settings) to add cameras and turn them on or off as desired.  Then set a schedule in the Mode tab to use a mode that won't record the front door as appropriate.  Otherwise you'd need to manually turn off the schedule and set all motion on or off every time you want to change.
