Can you set it up to send notifications to 2 different emails for the Arlo cameras?

Not through the Arlo servers but you may be able to set up an email filter to do so. I use gmail and it's possible to do so through the web interface. It depends on the service and/or email client you use.

You cant send pushes to more than one.... but you can emails.

Under SETTINGS/RULES, hit pencil to edit, right side middle "send to this list" your regular email may already be there, but hit the "+" to fill in a second box for another email...save whne exiting

I current have notices go to my reg email and a phone email at same time.
