I cannot find any indication of what the key is to the new web battery indicator.  One of my cameras is showing an orange battery indicator.  Does the orange battery mean that it is time to replace, or should I wait until I get a tired battery email?  I am not sure, since the low battery warning setting is now absent.

If I don't get an answer then I will probably just wait it out and see if I get an email before it dies.  Hopefully this would help others in my situation.

Doesn't it also have a red color? I usually wait for those and its e-mail notifications. 😉

I believe the red indicator went away with the new update, but I'm not sure how the new indicators are supposed to work.  I also saw this thread about the deletion of low battery emails:

We are currently investigating an issue with the low battery e-mail notification being sent. The toggle is no longer part of the UI but the feature still remains.

Update:  The camera with the orange 1 bar indicator (web app) has now changed to an empty orange battery icon.  In addition, the camera window, which normally shows the last captured video or still, is now solid green with the text, "It's time to change your batteries."  I have not received any low-battery email yet, but I have received motion detection emails for events that occured later than this change.  I will wait a little longer to see if I get an email.

I waited 12 hours to see if I would get a low battery alert, but did not.  I replaced the batteries (as expected, the camera LED was blinking amber just prior to battery replacement), and the battery indicator is back to black and full.

After the cameras going offline and having to resync them (no idea why this happened) now the batteries all show low (Orange) on all three cameras despite the cameras batteries being replaced in the past week. Amazing how this is all happening one week before annual elite subscription is due?????

It's possible that the batteries are actually low (never say never) but there also seems to be a spate of recent reports of battery level issues.  If you're so inclined, leave at least one camera alone and monitor operation closely.  Maybe it's just a display issue.  Also, if this is on a browser, try flushing the cache (I suppose an app cache flush could help, too) on the chance that it's using an old icon.
