Hi! I am faced with a choice. Can I test the application before buying? There is a demo account?

Not that I've ever heard about, no. There are however, videos on the Netgear/Arlo site of different operations if that would help you. Otherwise I'm not sure what you'd need to test (having it myself) -- the apps for devices and the website gives you merely a moderate number of control options; all is fairly straightforward.

Depending on what country you are buying them in - Best Buy should give a 2 week return period on these and Amazon gives a month I believe.
