Can you have more than one user if I wanted to share credential with my family?

Yes you can, if the family members are using different windows logons (or different PCs).

 

If they are sharing a family PC with a single log-on, then it's theoretically possible but not really practical.

Hello LaoPat,

 

You may need to provide more information of what you are asking. If you are referring to a ReadyNAS local user or a ReadyCloud user and the credential. Please give an example of scenario. If you are getting any errors on changes that you would like, please post a screenshot.
