I have a VMB3000 base and four VMC3030 cams. w/ 1.2.2688 frim.

My mobile is Android 5.1.1, Arlo app is 2.2.3_15049 and I use Chrome v54

The base station is working and the cameras are all displaying video in my web browser and my mobile app. I belive the installation is good.

I have spent 3 hours trying to read and poke around in the website and my Android app but have missed something important. I have found the online manual but I can't follow it because it says that when I tap Mode I should see a list of cameras. I see a list of schedules and can add a Mode. I can't get to any page that shows a list of cameras and anything like the armed/disarmed icons. The mode I am using is All Motion On. The Devices page shows the cameras and has the icon of the figure walking with a shock wave. I have tested the detection distance and the led blinks when i approach. I don't get any notifications or a video.

Does anyone know what I have missed?

Thank you

Steve-L,

The camera firmware you mention above is old firmware. I expect the base station is on old firmware as well, both firmware updates should complete automatically overnight, allowing you to see the most up to date modes/rules. The "All motion on" mode is an old mode from very early firmware.

When you tap Mode, you should see a list of modes along with the schedule. the "Armed" mode will enable motion detection for all cameras on the system. Enable the Armed mode and test, are you still having an issue?
