Tried to download arlo app on my iPhone 5c repeatedly and I am not able to.

Are you getting an error message when attempting to download the app? If so, what error are you receiving?

No error message ...never ending download

Do you see this behavior using 3g/4g or on a WiFi connection?

 

Consider trying a different internet connection to complete the download.
