Can't accept invitation to view additional camera

I installed two cameras and sent my dad an invite. One of the cameras had a green "press to go live" screen and in an attempt to get rid of it I removed the device and then had my dad activate it again. Now this camera is on his account and not mine. So he sent me an invite but I can't accept it so I can add the camera to my account again. I open the email and click the link and sign in. Nothing. Please help!

Does the invite status change from "pending" to "accepted" on the grant access screen?

Hi James. The solution was to log into through the browser on my laptop.
