So this morning alert came through but posted on the 28 which was yesterday - it is wrong on the calendar - it should have appeared on the 29th (today) -- what should I do to correct? I sent this question earlier but I don't think it went through.

What date is on the clip in the library? The same?
Is your time zone set correctly? Go into your Settings -> My Devices -> <Your Base Station Name> and check the Time Zone field.

The date Library clip has the 28th (wrong) should be today (29t) -- time zone is correct -- Eastern (US & Canada)

Vallorie,
The e-mail alert and library recording for any motion detection event will reflect the date in which the event occurred. So if motion was captured on the 28th, the e-mail alert and the library recording should both show the 28th. Consider testing by triggering a motion detection event and then checking the e-mail alert and library immediately after to verify the content displays the correct date.

As I stated the event happened on the 29th but showed up on the 28th? The camera is set in the correct time zone

Vallorie,
Is this still occurring with new alerts/library content?

No as I am not even getting alerts now at all -- I must say I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS SYSTEM - yesterday alerts came the way they were supposed to on the calendar for a short while - then after I got home and came in front door went out back door none of the cameras picked up anything.

And you're certain your cameras are activated when you get home? To check, make sure the Running Man icon on the main page above each camera view is dark black (active), rather than grey (idle).
Also, have you moved the camera closer to the front door at all and/or lowered its orientation as suggested by me and others in one of your other threads? Have you experimented with different motion sensitivities?

Alerts are now coming through - and I changed the sensitivity and working like a charm and they are rather high up - what timeframe re viewing any alerts would you suggest with respect to the life span of the batteries -- the viewing time for watching the alerts
