Brand New - Cannot get motion detection to work

Cannot get motion detection to work. Running man is green until i select a camera for live feed and running man turn gray. Also, testing does not result in any lights on camera.

If the "running man" is green, then MOTION DETECT is ON...... there are no recordings Until motion is detected by the sensor and triggers same.

When you LIVESTREAM, you are viewing which by default will make the man turn gray.... also if you record manually. Once you stop, the man will auto go back to green showing its motion detect on in standby state.

If you mean the IR light, they ONLY come on when the room is dark enough( not in day). The camera will switch over  at night to B/W andf the IR illuminators turn on during live view or record only!
