Audio setting keeps goin to 0%

I have an old base station and when I go to Settings and set the Audio for my new Arlo Pro camera and then go back to LIVE, I cannot hear.  When I go back to Settings it is back to 0%.

Did you propely save?... in a few places, the SAVE button is on the prior page...so BACK out then SAVE
