Not sure if you can send Pushes to multiple phone if that's what you mean....

but it you can always send emails to multiple devices or addresses.

As long as both have the app installed and logged in using either the main account or after being added as a friend, it should work.  Obviously, both the system and app settings have to be configured for such notifications to occur.
