Why won't my video clips download? I have the clip in my library. When i click "download" another window
opens and the timer(?) spins and spins and obviously is trying to download but never does. I have had this problem for months but just asking now. MY internet download speed varie from 35-48 mbps. It's good.
Anyone else having this problem? Thanks for feedback.

rjk6120,
This sounds like your device/browser could be blocking the download.
Do you see this same behavior if you attempt downloading from a different device/browser (Chrome, IE, FireFox)?
