Arlo Q No sound on iPhone

Sound records but does not play on my iPhone. The app had not requested access to the microphone, support helped me solve this but sound clips will not playback. The microphone is not working from my iPhone.

Do you also have the microphone and speaker turned on within the device settings for your Arlo Q? Settings > My Devices > Arlo Q > Audio Settings. Toggle on microphone and speaker.

Yes, they are both on, but I still cannot talk to the Arlo Q using the microphone and it still plays back only sound like radio interference, but the camera is detecting sound.

Try a browser to see if that works.  That would help eliminate the camera or the app.
