My arlo pro didn't push the notification today. The battery is still 98% and it's connected to the wifi since I can use life view. However, somebody passed by and me and my wife tried it earlier. No notification has been pushed on both of our iPhone. Also, the light on the machince is not on now. We didn't do anything on it and the issue just happened. The tech team should fix the issue. Also, I have been logged out couple time and needed to login again and again. The app is not good(It's the latestversion). Have to be updated.

You might want to check your rules.  There seems to be an issue with iOS where the setting will ramdomly change to "Do Nothing".

 

I had this issue last weekend.  I noticed that I was not getting notifications.

 

Hopefully there is a fix to this problem soon.

Try restarting the Base station.  This happens to me on occasion, restarting the system usually fixes this issue

Okay, found out that the issue is the app that randomly changed the rule. (became scheduled from armed) Hope the tech team can fix the problem as well as the login issue(keep kicking out and need to login everytime I open the ios app). Thank you guys!
