Hi

 

I installed my Arlo Kit, two weeks into it now, and all of a sudden I stopped recieved alerts to my phone.

I am getting alerts sent to my email address but I will prefer alerts sent to my phone as it was doing before- much easier and quicker for me to view such motions.

 

It would be a big help if anyone on here can help!

Check your rules to make sure that push notifications are enabled. Also check your iOS settings to make sure that Arlo alert permissions are enabled. Take a look at this article for more information: How do I enable and disable Arlo push notifications on my iOS device?

Has anyone figured out how to get the phone alerts back on?

Check your rules to make sure that push notifications are enabled. Also check your iOS/Android settings to make sure that Arlo alert permissions are enabled.

Ye same here alerts to cell are not coming but still get email alerts

Two places to check - your modes to make sure push notifications are enabled as well as the phone settings for the Arlo app to allow the app to notify.
