Hi there just replaced my D-Link Router with the Google TP-LINK ONHUB Router and I am unable to get the Arlo Base Station to connect and show up in the app.  I am getting the first 3 lights solid green, and see that the Arlo Base Station is getting an IP address but still can't see it in the App.

Hope someone can help.

makaku74,

Are you getting the same behavior on the web browser? When you say you can't see it in the app, are you getting an error message? If the first 3 LED's on the base station are solid green that means the base station is online and connected to the internet. What error message are you seeing?

No Error message just does not find the Arlo Base Station, and goes back the screen to start the setup

makaku74,

Consider a factory reset of the base station and try again. A factory reset can be done by pressing and holding the reset button on the back of the base station until all LEDs flash amber. Allow the base station to come back online (solid green internet LED) before trying again.

If you're still having trouble you can also try using the web client, be sure the device you are using to set up is on the same network as the base station.
