When I open the app on my phone it shows I have six videos on one of my four cameras, and one video on another.  The other two show zero.  I installed the app on my tablet and it's showing the same information.

 

I went back in time and there are no videos showing on the calendar.

 

Why is the app showing there are videos?

Are there videos somehow hidden from the calendar?

If there are, how do I delete them?

Try taking a snapshot to see if it updates the count...

 

  • Start Live stream
  • Click the camera icon to take a snapshot
  • Stop the Live stream by clicking on pause icon

Try Settings, Subscription, Delete All Files.  Doesn't work all the time but may help.

The button to delete all files is "grayed out", so I can't push it.  There are three files in the recycle bin at the moment, and were recorded Sunday as I was testing the system.

 

Still stuck.  Six files indicated on one camera, one on two of the other cameras, and zero on the fourth.  No idea why.
