Anroid App has missing Videos in Library

Running a Note 4 Edge and I noticed after the update, I cannot view videos captured from one of my cameras but if I login to my PC, they are all there.

 

I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this?  As I am pretty sure I am not the only one.

 

Netgear if you don't already know, please correct this!

This should be in arlo wire free troubleshooting.

Exactly, if you can't see the video when you are away on your cell phone with no access to a PC.  Where is the security in that!!!!!!!

 

This definitely needs to be addressed soon!

Doing some more testing and now it's intermittent where my Driveway camera does not show up a recording the library either on my PC or Phone. 

 

If I create a new mode it works but in my schedule that camera has intermittent recordings.  This is frustrating!

Yeah I do.  With all the changes and problems popping up, I said what the HELL!  Netgear is probably saying the same thing I am, "oh well, they will all figure it out".

 

I've posted as long as you have, but I stopped posting, but thanks for the heads up!

I have not been able to replicate this issue. What version of android is your Note 4 running?
