Hello,
Just purchased Arlo Pro 4 camera kit. Using newest iOS app version.
Ran into limitation on how many entries could be stored/day in the Schedule mode.
I wanted to use the camera to monitor contractors at the house. Instead of having it ON from 9am till 4pm, and having the camera likely nearly conitnuously recording video on motion activation (which I assume would leave the camera dead midway through the workday), I wanted to set it to be ON for 1 minute every 15 minutes, and take a video if it detected motion then. IE:
9:00am - 9:01am ON
9:02am - 9:14am OFF
9:15am - 9:16am ON
and so on until 4pm. This would effectively limit the total video clip time to around 30 mins (28 mins)/day. And would avoid me having to use the app to look at the contractors manually every 15 minutes.
However, I found myself unable to add anything beyond 11 entries of ON into the schedule. On attempting to add the 12th ON cycle of a minute, the app would hang and just continually show "updating schedule".
Same goes for the web based interface.
Can the software engineering types loosen this restriction a bit and allow more entries/day? Or is it not simply a software limitation but something to do with the hardware?
Thanks,

ssun1976,
I have tested this and was able to successfully add 20 entries into the schedule without any issues.
Consider rebooting your base station (using the on-off button) allow it to come back online and try again.
Are you still not able to add more than 11 entries?

Hmm that was one of the first things I tried.
1) reboot app
2) reboot phone
3) tried web app
4) deleted then re downloaded app and rebooted phone
5) reboot base station
6) hard reset then update of base station
Then the above all over again :). Each time would hang at attempting to add 12th entry.
Of note: all my schedule mode changes were Mon - Thurs...effectively making them 4 entries...so maybe hard limit is somewhere between 44 and 48?
I'll try again later to see if I can add another line to it and update thread.
JamesC, were your entries just for one day or for multiple days?

If you are unable to get more than 11 schedules per day I suggest trying:
OFF - 20 MINUTES
ON - 5 MINUTES
