I am getting alerts video has been taken but none are available for view in the app.  I also can't view the cameras live.

 

I've walked purposely in front of them and the app lets me know that motion was detected but it is not showing anything available to view.  Its been doing this all day.

 

Any answers?

Same here. System appears to be back online but is not saving video.

Thank you for reporting your experience. Our Engineering team also observed this issue during our update process but should now be resolved. Can you confirm this issue is no longer occurring and motion detection clips are being captured as expected?
