I have added my wife, and sent the invite. She gets the email, but the link doesn't load. Just had the arlo emblem and kept saying loading. The email says copy and paste link if not working. Did that and still nothing.
Did we not wait long enough for it to load? Shouldn't take more then a minute or two to load the page.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Try copying the link into another browser. You may have to send out the invite again. I'm not sure if the link has an expiration time.

What device are you using to accept the invitation link? You might consider trying a different device if you still are seeing the same behavior.

We tried the laptop and cell phone app. Neither worked.

I tested this and had no issues with the invitation link opening. This could be a browser issue as Schorschi suggests above, try opening the invitation with a different browser. Let me know if you continue having issues.
