ARLO camera motion

2 cameras are working fine, with motion or not. One other works fine while watching but cannot get it to tape some motion. I re-synced to see if that was the problem. Even disconnected then reconnected. Still get it to tape with motion detector. Am I missing something?

This sounds like an issue with the rules or modes.  Make sure that camera is selected and be sure to save any changes.
