4th camera install

I purchased a 4 cam unit in January and was only able to install 3 of the 4 cams due to weather. My 3rd camera never shows any last recorded images on both the app and desktop so I have to have manually click "live" button to view an image/vid. I recently installed the 4th camera and it works flawlessly.
Will arlo replace my 3rd camera under warranty?

Usually to fix the problem if the camera is streaming ok ,  Is to delete/remove the camera completely and just bring it back again as a new one.

Also open the battery door and reset the camera before adding back in.

I've re synced it taken out the batteries etc etc. No luck. However net gear support offered another potential approach. Plugging it into a USB port over night via the mini port when the batteries are removed. I'll have to wait for better weather first as it is outside and high
