1 camera motion sensor & record not working

Yes, two cameras can reord at the same time. Try resetting the "bad" camera by opening and closing the battery door.

Both of my cameras worked when first installed a week ago, but now I can walk right infront of my garden camera and it does not record. Frustrating, expecially if it requires removing the batteries every week...need a better solution.

@fabtech According to our data center report, it seems that your Base Station is now offline.
Solutions to the Base Station being offline may be found here: My Arlo base station is offline how can I troubleshoot It?
After getting your Arlo Base Station back online, you will need to take the steps to re-sync your cameras: How do I set up and sync my Arlo cameras?
Once the cameras have been synced with the Base Station you will want to be sure to adjust your Motion detection to your desired preference: How do I adjust motion sensitivity?
Also keep in mind that the Rules you create play a big role with your Arlo Motion Detection and your notifications: What are rules and how do I create them?
If the Motion Detection is not working properly after these steps have been completed, please let me know and we will create a trouble ticket for you with our support team.

How far is the camera you are trying to reach from the Base Station?
