Did you receive this in a private message? If you click on the three dots in the upper right of the message, you should see an option to report inappropriate content. You can also forward it to @JamesC via PM. For instance, reply, then quote, then change the to address to him.
The option to Report Inappropriate Content also exists on most public posts - one major exception being the Idea Exchange

I received similar private message yesterday requesting I click on a link to view sexy pictures. It was from stefanie936sk Certainly was not appropriate for this community.

I received one from ulenithke and have been trying to see how to report it without opening the message. I will try to go into it (without opening the link it provided) and report from there, but wanted to pass the information along here, as well.
