So after months of numerous issues with the whole system and one of the cameras which had issues from the beginning stop working, support agreed to RMA the camera. I received a link and find out I have to pay return shipping on a defective product? I own their Arlo camera system, security lights that never worked and won't link to base unit, two nighthawk routers, extenders, switches and have to pay for return shipping. Is this a joke? Is this how Netgear does business, please chime in if you also had this issue. I have 4 security lights that don't work out of the box, so I'm also going to pay for return on them which have never been used becuase they won't connect??? This isn't good business.
