Chat Help Doesn't Work

In both Chrome and Firefox, I can't ever connect with an Arlo representative to Live Chat.

 

The Live Chat just stays on teh screen that says, "Please hold while we connect you to an agent." indefinitely.

 

It's beyond pathetic. They want to charge you to call them after the first 90 days and their chat doesn't work.

 

How the flip can I contact Arlo to get my issue solved?!

Hi jeffvox,

 

Make sure you're running the latest version for both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Also you can try to clear out your cookies/cache to see if that helps.

It's not your browser, you just have to wait a super long time, especially if money is involved. That's their system. It works.... for them not us.
