Arrrrg!! Contact Us says if I am in warranty, to start a case at this page:
https://www.arlo.com/ContactUs/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/ContactUs/SupportRequest.aspx
but when I enter email and password, nothing happens. I reset the password, still fails. Stuck.

Using another browser worked -- but could you turn in a bug report? Your login really should work for all popular systems, yes?
