I wasted about five hours in real time filling out purchase contracts on different browsers and different machines, chatting with and talking with support all because the very last tiny fill- in circle was invisible to me. It was supposed to be grey on white but I could not see it at all. At last I guessed that maybe I should look for an invisible circle and kept moving my curser about until I found it. Only then was I able to complete my purchase. A careful designer should know pale nearly colorless lines do not show up very well. Why not use black type for important printing?

Calamari8,
Could you provide a screenshot of the issue you experienced?

Since I finally succeeded in subscribing, I am being blocked from going through the motions of getting to the page involved in order to get a screen shot. But it should not be difficult to appreciate the difference between trying to see light gray type against a white background or black type on a white background. Thanks for your interest.

This sounds like an internal network issue.
What do you mean blocked? What browser are you using?
