It would be helpful if you give us the phone/mobile device model, and the version of Android or iOS that device is running.  Also, the version of the app you have installed.

 

Have you tried reinstalling the app?

I have a brand new Apple 13 Pro yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it will not except my username and password yes they are correct yes I’ve even changed them I can get onto the Internet just fine on my computer. Also trying to use the app on a Samsung and that phone also will not allow us to login

Is the issue with two-factor authentication?  

 

Or something else?

No I can’t login at all it won’t take my email or password. I know that they work because I can login to my cameras on the computer the app does not work at all on my phone nor my Samsung phone and I have no support whatsoever no phone number or nobody that can help me figure it out I am about 24 hours away I’m going with another security system
