I received my order ES0000947 few days ago, I tried to install the cameras but they need a special internet, something that they didn't especify in the product when I was buying it. Now I'm trying to return them, but it's been a nightmare to find the way. They make you go from one place to the other with no solutions or answers. The website says to reach out by email as they will send you a ticket to make the return, if you do, you will only receive and automatic email saying to reach out the website again, so it's a loop with no clear answer. Please, can you let me know how to return the product? Where is the withdraw form you say to have? Where I send the parcel back? How it can be this difficult? You made me lose all morning of my only day off.
