I bought and existing system in a retail store and would like to register it to me. can I remove old users and re-register or what is the process

You will first need to perform a factory reset on the base station. To do this, the steps may vary depending on the firmware currently installed on the device.

1. Press and hold the reset button on the back of the base station until all LEDs flash amber. Allow the base station to come back online and attempt to go through the setup process.

If you're unable to complete the setup process try:

2. Press and hold the reset button along with the sync button until all LEDs flash amber. Allow the base station to come back online and attempt to go through the setup process.
